The room itself was comfortable, and the hotel is close to both the border gate and the Hong Kong Zhuhai Macao Bridge. But the shuttle service to the bridge was poor. There was no bus from the bridge to the hotel, so I had to take a taxi, and the hotel's shuttle in that direction stopped after 14:00. Staff helped arrange a taxi, but it took a long time and they weren't very helpful. Breakfast was another low point. A woman behind me asked for fewer noodles and more vegetables in her bowl. The cook responded rudely, saying nobody would take the leftover noodles and calling it another kind of food waste. I didn't expect a cook to speak to a customer that way. I stayed two nights. At check-in I was told the drinks in the fridge were complimentary but wouldn't be replenished. That policy seems very strange and unsound. If I booked one night, checked out, then checked in again for a second night, I could get more free drinks. What if I booked for a month? I doubt this is how a five-star hotel should serve guests.

There are restaurants, supermarkets, and shops nearby, which was lovely, and the bus stop is just a few steps away. A shuttle is available if needed. Keep in mind there is no shuttle from Hong KongZhuhai Macao Bridge, so you'll need a taxi or public transport to reach the hotel. The front desk gentleman who checked us in was outstanding: friendly, patient, and made everything smooth. I can't remember his name, but special thanks to him. Construction meant our view wasn't great. In the bathroom I noticed some mold here and there, plus yellow and other stains that could use attention.

There are plenty of food choices around the hotel, though its cafe gets a little crowded. Staff were friendly and helpful, and we had a comfortable stay. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the border gate bus terminal, where you can transfer to local buses or free casino buses. There's also a limited-time transfer service to HK Zhuhai Macao Bridge, so check with the hotel about it.
