What a pleasant surprise. The units were very clean, and the staff were kind and helpful. We expected a room with two beds but got a really spacious, apartment-like place. Housekeeping deserves a tip, too, since their work is valuable and often overlooked. The rooftop is colorful and great, with a continental breakfast. You're close to excellent places to eat and shop, including Walmart for anyone who needs basics, snacks, or water. The price was excellent as well. I'd definitely stay at Flow Suites WTC again. My experience was top-notch.

This was a lovely place, with a huge, comfortable apartment in a quieter area away from the bustle and closer to local neighborhoods. There's a Walmart inside the complex in front of the accommodation, and the rooftop is a cool spot. Breakfast was a bit disappointing and could be better, but otherwise it was a perfect location for us.

Getting around was easy, and there are very good restaurants nearby. The service and location were great. The breakfast didn't meet the hotel's standard, just PBJ and OJ, though there were several other options within walking distance. The single beds were almost child-sized.

Watch out for the towels. The hotel provides brown-green avocado hand soap, then says you've stained the towels and charges $20 per towel. I used a hand towel they said had been washed, but the mark was still there. They charged me $18 for it, and it still had the avocado soap on it. First they said they'd washed it and the stain hadn't come out. Then they said they'd only put part of it in water. When I asked them to wash it before charging me, they said they had, right in front of me, but the soap was still on the towel. After I pointed that out, they changed the story again and said it must have been hand-washed. I couldn't believe they lied about it. Don't use their towels, and if you do, make sure you leave no marks, even from their brown-green avocado soap, or they may charge you $20 for a hand towel.
