Sara was the best part of my five days at Tom's place near Parque Alcalde. She was easy to talk to, gave me lots of useful tips for Guadalajara, and even came by to fix a leak under the bathroom sink because getting a plumber might take a day or two. The apartment itself was very clean, had nice views, and was fairly convenient for the city center. The neighborhood seemed safe, and I walked around at different times during the day and evening. I had a great visit and would definitely recommend Tom's place.

The people who work in the building are quick to respond and very helpful with questions. Everything is clean and laid out well, and the apartment is comfortable with what you need for everyday life. A very pleasant place to stay.

We found it very safe and clean, and the place looks even better than in the photos, absolutely immaculate. The staff were friendly and quick to answer our questions. There are lots of restaurants nearby, and it's ideally placed for reaching the city center when visiting Guadalajara. A wonderful place, highly recommend it!
