The courtyard feels like a tropical plant paradise, and the pool and meeting space are both great. Management was very helpful, speaks English, and clearly wants guests to have a pleasant, memorable stay. It’s a lovely hidden gem in central Izamal, with reasonably priced, air-conditioned, well-equipped rooms.
The rooms are quite comfortable, and the service is nice.

It wasn't comfortable. The pool wasn't working, and they only had coffee, no drinks.
