A cute hotel with roomy rooms, great service, and a really nice pool. It’s also a good place to rent for events.

We were surprised by how lovely the hotel was for the price, and we’d definitely stay again. The rooms are very roomy, the bed was comfortable, and everything was clean. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout. There’s a big area with tables where you can relax, plus a pool that’s great for spending time during the day. Breakfast costs extra, but it’s a good choice if you want to eat at the hotel. We were in town for a visa appointment, and it was a 5-minute Uber ride to the ASC and 10 minutes to the consulate. I highly recommend it.

The pool and garden are really lovely, and the young man working reception in the evening was friendly and welcoming. My room was Margarita, downstairs by the pool, and it was a rough stay. It smelled musty, the bathtub was flooded, there was no ventilation, and the bed and pillows smelled sweaty and unclean. The pillows were in especially poor shape. Breakfast was disappointing and expensive, and the chef took a long time to make it. We stayed just one night. The parking lot is small, and when we couldn’t find a spot, we had to leave the car on the street.

The burgers were good, and I’d recommend those. The place itself is beautiful and seems to be in good condition, but management needs to do better. When I went, the pool was VERY DIRTY, so it didn’t make me want to swim, even though that’s why we came. The food stopped seeming cheap once it arrived. The arranchera nachos were a real letdown, and the toast in the snack package seemed a week old. Service was a bit slow. I understand the person serving also had to help the chef, but even a water could take 30 minutes to arrive.

The pool and nature-filled common areas were my favorite parts, and the reception staff were really friendly. The hotel has potential, but it needs more attention to detail. Our spacious room had nowhere to hang clothes and wasn’t cleaned very well. We found a sock, a hair tie, and a wristband beneath the bed and furniture. I wouldn’t recommend eating there. The portions were tiny and the food wasn’t good. The photos showed a $135 breakfast, but it turned out to be terrible coffee and a little fruit.
