The lobby and hallways were clean, and most of the room was too. We did find some hairs in the bedding, which was pretty gross. The location was great. The front desk charged a security deposit for our service dog, which is against the law, and we still haven’t gotten it back. We didn’t feel like fighting over it or making a scene.

The rooms are a bit small, but they have what you need, and the hotel is conveniently next to Pasaje de Montejo. My only complaint is the bar. Neither of the two staff members in charge seemed to know how to make a Margarita or any other drink.

The rooms are small, but clean, with comfortable beds and a well-kept bathroom. There’s a restaurant in the lobby, though we chose to walk to some more upscale places instead. A good no-frills option for a short stay.

The bed was hard, and the blankets weren’t comfortable. While we were staying, the key got “deprogrammed” by the system. Why would it do that? The system is faulty.
