The room was crisp, clean, and comfortable, with an amazing rain shower and bed. The staff take pride in the place and were quick to have someone bring a fan when I asked. I’ve been around different parts of Mexico for two weeks, and this was hands down my favorite place. The location in Coyoacan is amazing, and I could walk everywhere. I really appreciate how accommodating they were, and highly recommend staying here. Privacy could be an issue if you like being by yourself. Other people are around whenever you leave your room, so there’s no way to avoid them. I didn’t like that even getting water might mean running into someone. It’s a house, and it feels a bit like having roommates.

Everything looked like the pictures, and staying there was a beautiful experience. The house is right in the center of Coyoacán, within walking distance of everything, and in a safe area where I felt comfortable. It was nice and clean, and the hosts were excellent and on top of everything. I’d give casa Hidalgo 100 percent and highly recommend it for a wonderful vacation. Thank you, thank you. I’d love to come back and stay again.

The bed was comfortable, the space was well maintained, and I really enjoyed my four nights here. It’s in a fantastic location. City sounds can get a little loud at night, so light sleepers might want earplugs. I loved my stay and would definitely return.

This guest house is a lovely find in the heart of Coyoacán. It’s on a quiet street, only a five minute walk from the plaza and restaurants. The furnishings are simple, and everything was new and very clean. There’s also an excellent shared kitchen with storage if you need it. I had a wonderful stay, highly recommend it, and plan to return.

The host was incredibly accommodating. He noticed the door wasn’t closing properly even though I hadn’t mentioned it, then replaced the handle early the next day. While we were out hiking, he also installed a coat hanger on the far wall and neatly hung the coats we’d left on a chair. Such a nice experience. We’ll absolutely stay here again when we inevitably return, and I can’t recommend it enough.
