The terrace was a favorite, with all its plants and hammocks, and everyone there was friendly and full of useful local suggestions. It has a fun traveler feel, but they’ve also thought of the things you need. The location in central Mexico City makes it easy to walk to the main sights, with plenty of restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed the breakfast, especially the Mexican omelette and the other dishes made for us. We’d happily recommend it. Thanks, Chaya, for a lovely first part of our honeymoon.

We’d come back here if we’re in Mexico City again. It’s close to the metro, restaurants, shops, and a beautiful park, so getting around was easy. After a full day in the city, our bright, comfortable room was a great place to return to. Breakfast was tasty every morning with good choices, and the staff were kind and helpful. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.

The terrace hammocks were so peaceful, perfect for reading in the morning or evening. It’s on the third floor with stairs, and I didn’t find the street noise too bothersome. The location is great, right beside a square. The staff made a big difference too, with a helpful English-speaking reception and concierge service, and they were easy to reach on WhatsApp. Breakfast is included and really generous and delicious. Chaya is full of plants, and the comfort and design show in the details, from the shower and bath to the sheets. Everything was very comfortable. If you like taking Instagram photos, you’ll enjoy it here. This is the best place I’ve stayed.

We had a spotless, neatly arranged room every day, thanks to the great cleaning staff. Breakfast each morning was better than at most B&Bs I’ve stayed in. The staff were also extremely helpful with directions and ideas for things to see and do. It’s a lovely B&B beside a park, and the terrace hammocks and cactus garden make a nice spot to unwind.

The rooms have a lovely design, and the terrace hammocks are a wonderfully relaxing way to end the day. Breakfast includes two daily dishes to choose from, plus yogurt, granola, fresh fruit, and toast. The place feels quite different from a standard hotel, and the location is perfect for visiting CDMX. My one complaint is about the trip to Puebla they arranged for us. It was expensive and ended up being a disaster. The guide barely spoke to us and didn’t seem to know how the day was supposed to go. It’s a shame, since we were counting on them and the trip wasn’t cheap.
