Hotel Prado Floresta

I got a lot for the money here. The room was large, with a huge double bed, and it was clean with a good shower. It's in Doctores, which isn't the nicest part of the city, but the centre is only a 15-minute walk away.

It's conveniently located near everything, with courteous service and affordable prices.

The room was clean, and it was cheap at $40.00 Canadian a night. Getting to the airport took 20 minutes in rush-hour traffic and cost 111 peso by uber. Comfort was another story. There was no AC, the windows wouldn't open, and our fan didn't work. The bathroom had a hole in the building covered by perforated metal for ventilation, so with the room on a main street, we could hear everything outside. The phone was no help either, only buttons 0 and 2 worked when I tried calling the holiday inn. We left before trying to resolve the fan problem with customer service. We like comfort, and this place is really just a bed and a roof if that's all you need. I'm not saying it's horrendous, but you get what you pay for. The holiday inn was $110 cad compared with $40.00.

Hello staff, I enjoyed my stay, but getting an invoice has been really frustrating. I contacted the hotel several times and got no reply. At checkout, I was told it could be sent by email. I also called Agoda, and they requested one for me, but still nothing. Could someone please get back to me? Thanks.
