A clean, well-maintained place with good security. It suits small families and students, and schools, a market, train station, bus, hospitals and clinics, pharmacies, and restaurants are easy to reach. The downsides are that visitor parking isn’t free and can get expensive if close family stay over, and there isn’t much open space for young children to cycle or play ball. Reserved parking on the G floor also makes it hard to stop briefly at the mini market. Block B can be noisy because it’s close to the main road. Sirens, motorists, and trains used to bother me, but I’ve got used to them and don’t really notice the noise now.

Great spot for students or families, with plenty of nearby shops and amenities. Jalan Reko is easy to reach directly, and the MRT station is less than 1 km away.

Poor planning by MPKj around this apartment’s traffic light has made the trip for Jalan Reko users heading toward MRT Kajang a nightmare. The queue can take as long as 45 minutes to cover about 1 km.

I’ve lived here for almost 6 years, since Dec 2018. Things used to run smoothly, but recently G-Floor parking was no longer available because it belongs to the shoplot, and a park-and-pay system was installed in the basement. Visitor Parking on the G Floor is also off limits, so all visitors have to use the basement, where the fee feels like parking beside TRX or KLCC. Anyone planning to stay overnight should reconsider.

The pool is probably the main attraction, it’s big and has the look of an infinity pool. I visited a homestay there and stayed for 2 nights. The place is nice, and the ground floor has businesses including a bistro and kkmart. Visitor parking is free for now.
