The room felt practically new, and the location is handy for malls, cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores. There were food trucks nearby during my stay. For safety, you need an access card to use the lift, which I appreciated. A few things in the room were missing: there wasn't a proper desk or surface for food, clothes, or a laptop, the TV had few channels, and there was no hairdryer or mirror outside the bathroom. Bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. We also had trouble shutting off every tap. Even turned all the way, water still seemed to run, and with the door closed we could hear it. The pressure felt too strong, and the taps could get damaged if guests keep trying to force them off. We ended up using the main valve, which may be too high for some guests to reach easily. One odd detail: a hanging light was right above the pillow instead of over the bedside table. Also, the map showed the entrance facing 999 bar, but that wasn't right. Access is from the other side, facing Islamic Restaurant.

The room had a TV, hanger, lift access, and an easy-to-reach toilet, with just enough floor space for prayer mats. Parking was easy to find if you're renting a car, and the mall is within walking distance. It's cheap, cosy, and one of the most comfortable budget hotels I've stayed in. It may feel cramped for a big family, and there's no cupboard or mirror in the room, or iron or hairdryer. Neighbours can be noisy too. Still, if a simple place to rest is enough, I'd recommend it for couples. The price is very affordable.

I wish I'd known before booking how loud it gets here. Even with the windows shut, there's a live band nearby and a man singing; it's been going on for hours and is driving me crazy. It's 10:20 on a Thursday night and still hasn't stopped. Maybe there's a bar close by.

We stayed just one night, and the receptionist gave my husband and me a warm welcome. Our room on the third floor was small but enough for two, with a clean, comfortable bed and air conditioning. The lift made it easy to get up there. I'd come back. 😊

The safety gets five stars from me. You can't just walk into the hotel unless you're a registered guest. But if you're hoping for a great view from the room, there isn't one.
