The bathroom was clean, but things like the holders were broken and it hadn’t been maintained. The room itself was small, the bedsheets and floor were dusty, and the air-conditioning wasn’t cold enough, so we needed an extra fan. There was no hotel parking, which meant paying elsewhere. Breakfast also wasn’t as advertised on booking.com: it was nasi lemak delivered to the room, though the listing showed it being served in the restaurant. Not worth it, since there are better places to stay in the same area.

This was my second stay, and I had a great experience. The location and WiFi are good, and the staff are friendly. They greet you whenever you come and go, and check whether you need anything. Shampoo, shower gel, and a hair dryer are provided. I’m sensitive to noise, so I asked for a room away from the counter because I didn’t sleep well on my last visit. This time they put me upstairs. I also discovered there’s a kitchen and laundry room, with detergent provided, plus a sun dryer and a room for hanging clothes.

We were there for a week, and our standard room was small for a stay of more than two or three days, though it was clean and cozy. They upgraded us to a premium room at no extra charge. The price for what you get is quite reasonable, even though the hotel isn’t in the center of tourist life. The staff were polite. Many thanks to RUTHCEL ❤👌🙏 at reception. She was cheerful and smiling, and when we arrived at night she quickly showed us around the floors and the rooms.
