Kenyalang Suite

We left as soon as we saw the rooms. I'd booked two through Agoda, and what we found looked nothing like the photos. There was a strong damp, musty smell as soon as we opened the door, and the rooms were very dim. The sheets were stained and dirty, the walls had scribbles on them, and the TV didn't work. One bathroom door was broken with a large hole at the bottom, and the doors didn't seem usable. The air conditioner barely blew cool air. The floor felt oily and sticky underfoot, and broken electrical sockets had been covered with labels marked “Rosak” instead of being fixed. We were shocked by the condition and felt the listing was deceptive and unacceptable. This was my first and last stay here, and I strongly don't recommend the hotel.
