Forenom Apartments Sven Bruns Gate

The apartment was dirty and noisy, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here. We were initially told we only had to leave clean dishes. At checkout, we tried to wash them, but there was no sponge, dish soap, or anything else to clean with, so we washed what we could by hand and left the rest in the sink. Now Forenom AS has sent me an invoice for about 60 dollars for dirty dishes, even though none of their messages mentioned a fee. How were we meant to do it without supplies? Were we supposed to bring them or buy them ourselves? They’ve also added 8% interest if I don’t pay. I’ve never had service this blatantly fraudulent. 0/10.

There was no electricity in the appartment and no wifi at all. With nobody ever present at the apartments, it was hard to reach anyone. When we finally got through, they told us to check the fuses ourselves. There’s no elevator either, so you have to carry your luggage up all the stairs.

A cool Appartement in a very good location for exploring Oslo, and great value at 70€/night for two people. You can park on the street out front for 20€/day using the easy park app.

I’ve stayed with them several times, and there’s always some issue, usually small. This time it ruined my whole day. I was moving between two of their locations and had made it very clear I needed to go straight to the new one. She said it would be ready by 14:00 at the latest, but at 14:25 they changed that to 16:00, when I was supposed to be in a meeting. I called and was told someone could let me wait in the lobby. The customer service was rude, with no respect or manners. Absolutely horrible, all I can do is laugh.
