We appreciated being moved to an upgraded room, and the staff were polite. But that room had visible water damage by the kitchen area and a leaking sink that was causing more moisture damage. It left us concerned about hygiene and indoor air quality. Our first room was clearly not properly cleaned. We found a tablet on the floor, glass shards, a lighter, used chewing gum, and dirt and dust everywhere. The walls had dried stains, and wet wipes we used on surfaces came away completely black. Having major problems in two different rooms isn't acceptable for the price. The cleaning and quality-control routines need serious improvement.

AVOID THIS HOTEL. There was no adjustable thermostat in the room. The one-way airflow brought only cold air from the bathroom into the bedroom, made noise, and couldn't be switched off. The receptionist wasn't really helpful, so I had to rebook somewhere else. I was told I'd get a refund since 16 August, but I still haven't received it. They haven't answered my Booking.com messages or emails.

A large, efficient hotel on the far outskirts of Oslo. It's clean and comfortable, with spacious rooms, good facilities, and friendly staff. The location is about a 10-minute walk from line 5, making it a good choice for a stay in Bjerke.

Basic overall. The fridge was appallingly dirty and the chairs heavily stained. There was no decaffeinated coffee in the room or salad at breakfast, and the gym and lounge were freezing. Breakfast also closes an hour earlier than the posters everywhere say.
