The room was clean and comfortable, with a spotless bathroom, a comfortable bed, and housekeeping keeping everything in order each day. The calm atmosphere suited both business and leisure, and nearby shops and transport were easy to reach. Food was fresh, tasty, and offered a decent range of choices. What made the stay especially smooth was the staff's polite, professional welcome. Mr. Ganesh was attentive and always ready to help with requests, and the whole team showed excellent hospitality. I had a very pleasant experience at Hotel Central Prime and give it 5 out of 5. I'd definitely recommend it for comfort, cleanliness, and great service.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful, and the room was comfortable and clean. Hotel Central Prime is in a very good spot in Thamel, making it easy to visit many places. Highly recommended for a Kathmandu visit.

I found Hotel Central Prime as a walk-in with no booking and stayed for several weeks between hikes while recovering from the flu. Even in a busy part of Thamel, it was surprisingly quiet inside, which made it a good place to rest. The main road location also made getting around or finding a taxi easy. The newly renovated rooms and bathrooms were in excellent shape, a big plus for Kathmandu. Everyone was kind and helpful, from reception to the restaurant team. Management was flexible as my plans changed during recovery, which I appreciated. Rahul and Sunil took care of my daily breakfast. I’m really glad I found this place, and highly recommend it.

The nearby restaurant had a nice range of delicious food. At Hotel Central Prime, the setting felt friendly and homely, the staff were welcoming, and everything was neat and clean. The central Kathmandu location was convenient too. I had a great stay and would highly recommend it.
