Hotel G Ramayana

We had a lovely, relaxing stay, thanks to the hospitality. Manager Mr Abhishake and the staff were polite, helpful and always ready to assist with a smile. Our room was spotless, spacious and very comfortable. Thank you for the excellent service!

Abhishek, the operations manager, helped us so much during our time in Kathmandu. He suggested places to visit, arranged a cab, helped organize Vip darshan for us at Pashupatinath temple and sorted out Nepali currency. The staff were helpful and especially considerate since we were traveling with a one year old child. They even arranged a cake for our wedding anniversary during the trip. The rooms were beautiful, and the staff were even better. I’d surely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Kathmandu.

The rooms didn’t live up to the hotel’s rating. There was a strong, pungent odor like grapefruit that was unpleasant and at times made us feel nauseous. The staff, though, were warm, welcoming and genuinely friendly. Mr. Abhishek and the whole team were patient and attentive even to small details, and went above and beyond to arrange a special Jain breakfast menu for us. Their care made the stay more comfortable and memorable.

I went to the restaurant and liked the ambience, food and staff. Before ordering, I thought it was expensive, but the taste, quality and quantity made the cost worthwhile. Abhishek and the restaurant staff were really nice and helpful. I also appreciated Mr. Abhishek guiding me about my trip to Nepal and local sightseeing.
