The rooms are nicely decorated and furnished, and the price is considerably cheaper. Three of my foreign guests said the service was good enough and the internet connection worked well, which mattered to them. They stayed in May 2017, when there weren’t proper dining facilities, though breakfast was provided. The photos seem to suggest dining is available now. It’s a good place to stay for a few days in Kathmandu.

The building itself has good infrastructure, but the management and service were the worst. Room service wasn’t proper, and the manager at reception was not cooperative at all. They didn’t seem bothered about tourists.

It’s a handy spot at the entrance to Thamel, especially when coming from the airport, and everything in the area is walkable. The place is fairly cheap and reasonably clean, with fine service. You can arrive without booking and they’ll have a room, but remember to bargain over the price, that’s part of the deal ^^. I’d recommend it for a short stay in Thamel.

The location is good, but the rooms are small and not especially clean. Some amenities don’t always work, like the air conditioning, and hot water takes a long time. The staff don’t seem to care.
