The next day, when I went to check out, the woman from reception wasn't there. Two other guys told me they couldn't find any record of my extra payment and even claimed there was no woman working there. I was confused. Thankfully I'd paid online, so I showed them my receipt. That still wasn't enough, and they rummaged through their receipts for 15-20 mins before finding it. Then they actually said, "pachas rupey ajhai dinu", meaning "give us 50 rupees more". The day before, the receptionist had shown me a room when I checked in. I told her I needed to stay past the usual checkout time, and she said it would cost 50% of the room price. That was fine, and I paid upfront. After all the waiting, nobody even apologized. They just demanded another 50 rupees. It's not a big amount, but I'd already been told the price and paid it, and their attitude made it worse. Who treats guests like that? The whole experience was awful. They were so rude.

I rarely write reviews, but the woman working reception at night made me do it. We politely asked about an available room, and she answered rudely and sent us away with useless reasons. There was no customer satisfaction at all. Don't stay here.

I'd never stayed at a hotel like this before. The owner was so rude to customers. The room was nonsense, the food quality was bad, and they didn't seem to know enough about hotel management. Never go here.

This lodge felt like a ghost house. The service left me completely frustrated, the food wasn't hygienic, and the way customers were treated was bad. I wouldn't suggest anyone stay at this hotel or lodge. And if you do go, your health would be...

The food was good, and I found the service satisfying. Guests were treated nicely, and the atmosphere was very good.
