The service was really rude, and the room was awful. There was no carpet, the bed felt prickly, and the bathroom door was broken in half.

The Wi-Fi gets an extra star, but the hotel itself feels outdated and needs a complete renovation. If you want that bus-park hotel feel in Thamel, then go for it. And instead of carpeting the staircases, they should put carpet in the rooms.

The rooftop view at night is lovely with a drink, and it's a nice place to get together. I first came to meet friends, then returned with my husband for a late lunch because we both wanted the Chicken Chili and Fried chicken momos again. Loved them. This was my second visit, and I'll be back again and again. 🥰🥰🥰🥰 💞

The roof top bar had my favorite view. The rooms were clean, and the staff were great. Had a really good time at Nana, especially if you're looking to enjoy the nightlife. ✨
