We checked the room during Nepali new year and chose not to stay. The toilet and room smelled so bad they could make you vomit. Although the location is good and there's a garden, the owner blamed us and demanded full payment for a five-minute viewing. The staff, room, and service were totally bullshit. Please don't go there.

We had booked a room and paid online in advance, but when we arrived in the morning, the hotel said it was full and that our booking had been cancelled. We were visiting from India, had no phone network, and were left in a foreign place without a room, which was very inconvenient. They didn't return the money we'd paid either.

From Hotel Mandala, there are beautiful views of the lake and mountains, and the atmosphere felt like being with family. I had a comfortable stay with amazing hospitality. The staff were friendly, helpful, and dedicated to their work. If you're looking for a beautiful holiday around pokhara, check this place out. I enjoyed it and think you will too.
