After our vehicle broke down, we needed somewhere at the last minute, and the hosts made us feel very welcome and were friendly and accommodating. We had our two dogs with us, and they happily slept in our vehicle overnight. The room was quiet and comfortable, the shared facilities were clean, and there was a delicious home-cooked meal available. Good value all round.

I’d booked at least a week ahead, then got a text before the stay saying they had a group booking and had cancelled mine. That’s shocking business practice, and I’d never book there again. If I’d taken the time to read the earlier reviews, I wouldn’t have booked this time either.

The food was amazing, and the place and owners were lovely. I’d definitely stay again.

The host was very kind, and the place was clean and organised. I stayed one night and felt at home. You get more than you’d expect for what you pay. Thank you.
