The kids loved it, and we had a great time too. Our room was clean and tidy, the beds comfortable, and the location was great. The owners were very friendly. We really enjoyed the stay and the service, and will come back on our next holiday. Thanks!

It was easy to walk to the nearby coffee shop, supermarket, restaurants and shops, and there were great views as well. The owners were friendly. Four of us spent five nights here in March 2023 and were very impressed. The king beds were comfortable, and they’d thoughtfully supplied kitchen, laundry and cleaning basics. Highly recommended, and we’d stay again.

We came for the Waitangi celebrations, and the location made it easy to walk to the Treaty grounds and other events. It was quiet, clean, and had an excellent kitchen. The owners were lovely, and beach towels were provided. During the 30-degree heatwave the bedrooms got too hot, though air con was about to be installed. We’d stay again.

We stayed for two nights in February 2023. The place was lovely, tidy, and in a handy location. Everything was there and clearly well looked after, so it felt worth every dollar. I’d happily stay again any day.

A safe, family-friendly neighbourhood with a welcoming feel. Shops, restaurants, the beach and playground are all close by. The place is clean, friendly and well equipped for families, boating, fishing and barbecues. Excellent, we’ll book again.
