Residencial Belle Maison

I had a confirmed Expedia reservation for October 12 to October 15, 2025, but the property canceled it, saying no room was available. I only found out when I went there to check in, which caused a huge inconvenience. I spoke with the owner and Mr. Atilio. Rather than apologize or offer a solution, Mr. Atilio blamed me and said I should have booked two or three days earlier. It's not the guest's job to manage the property's inventory, and I shouldn't be blamed for a system-confirmed booking that the property canceled. I had to scramble to find other accommodation at a higher price at the last minute. I wouldn't rely on this place for travel plans, especially after being blamed for its own booking failure. Zero stars for reliability and accountability.

Vilma and her husband were incredibly kind and helpful whenever we needed something. The place was spotless and clearly well cared for, and it's about a 10-minute drive from the city center, though we preferred walking and didn't need a cab. Vilma let my friend and me into our rooms well before check-in when we arrived early, prepared breakfast before our early tours, and stored our luggage without any fuss. I'd book here again without hesitation when I return to Cusco.

Vilma really cares about her guests having a good trip. She was kind and attentive, and made us breakfast every morning. It was the best breakfast we had in Peru. My friend and I spent four great days there. The place is spacious and clean, within walking distance of the main square, but quiet at night. The price is hard to beat, and we highly recommend it.

Vilma was so warm, helpful, attentive, and accommodating that I felt right at home. The house is beautifully decorated, and my room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and had everything I wanted. Thank you, Vilma and family. I'd love to stay again next time I'm in Cusco.
