Asia Light Hotel

Having a 7/11 right next door is handy for picking up whatever you need. This has turned into my favorite budget hotel in Cebu City: it's central, near NBI Capitol, and has large rooms with good air-conditioning. The staff are lovely and will go out of their way to handle requests. It feels like a home away from home.

The price is low, but the stay was well worth it. It's across from the provincial capitol, with a 7/11 next door and places to eat nearby, and transport is easy to find. My room stayed quiet despite facing the street. The aircon was very cold and seemed well maintained. Towels and sheets looked old but were clearly clean. There was a working hot shower with strong pressure, and toiletries were supplied for the number of days I was staying. They also keep a steam iron at reception if you need one. Every staff member I met was polite, friendly, and accommodating.

The room was nice and cold with both the aircon and fan. Staff were so energetic, friendly, understanding, and accommodating, especially Ms Chant, Ms. Lindy, housekeeping, and the security guard who lent us umbrellas. Thanks for letting us check out late at 1pm. Jeepneys, taxis, Grab, and the 7/11 Capitol right next door make getting around easy. I'd come back. A bit of greenery and relaxing music would make the hotel feel livelier.

There are carinderias and fast food nearby, and public transport is easy to get, plus a 711 right next door. The hotel is clean and cheap, centrally located near the Cebu Provincial Capitol. I like staying here. The beds are comfortable and the water pressure is strong. Wifi can be spotty depending on which room you get. They don't check visitors coming in.
