Getting around was convenient, with most Lahug establishments nearby, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The guard who helped us with parking was especially helpful. We stayed Jan 15-21 for Sinulog Festival and were assigned three different rooms. The rooms felt clean and were otherwise great, though we spotted small cockroaches. The bathrooms were the letdown: two of the three had broken heaters, none had a bidet, and they were quite dirty. The hotel dates back to 1998, and some rooms and amenities seem poorly maintained.

The facilities seemed quite run down, and the property details on booking sites gave a misleading impression. In particular, there were no safe boxes in the rooms.

The staff were kind and welcoming, but the place had serious cleanliness problems. The bathroom and refrigerator were very unsanitary, ants and cockroaches were all over, and the toilet wouldn't flush properly. The cockroaches kept coming back, so I doubt the underlying problem is being fixed. Please don't stay here.

The location is great, and there's a restaurant on the ground floor. Parking is okay when there isn't an event, though I think the lot only holds about 10 vehicles and cars may have to double park. I read that the place has operated since 1998, so it's a bit old, but the price feels fair. The room was noisy at night, with traffic clearly audible.
