The crew were the one good part, nice and polite. We’d booked online and been charged, then found out the room wasn’t available. It was late and we were tired from driving all day, so we took a more expensive room and paid P5,500 total. It wasn’t clean: there were stained sheets, a bad smell, and we had to kill a cockroach near the bed. The bathroom exhaust fan was so loud it felt like being in a plane about to take off.

I came back after about two and a half hours away, and the room still hadn’t been cleaned. I’d put out the “Make Up Room” sign and told the front desk beforehand that I wanted it cleaned. I waited another half hour at the desk for an update, but nothing happened. The front desk staff seemed more interested in their phone than dealing with my concern. Very disappointing service.

My no-smoking request was honored, but the bed arrangement wasn’t: I’d requested twin beds and arrived to find one large bed instead. I wish they’d let me know about the change. They could communicate special requests better.

The sheets were clean, but the rooms are old and the equipment barely works. The Wi-Fi was out, and the AC was noisy. Towels were gray, stained, and smelled bad. Avoid.

The dining area had a nice atmosphere and the food was absolutely delicious. The staff were warm and accommodating, and the location made it easy to get around. Our room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. The issue was the restroom: it needs an upgrade, especially the shower room, which is cramped and has outdated, damaged accessories.
