The staff were very friendly, and it's easy to get to with parking available. The rooms are affordable and come with a bathroom, but the air conditioning wasn't very cold. It's more like a lodging house, with rooms that are really just good for sleeping, especially for backpackers or travelers.

I sometimes show up in Dumaguete City without planning ahead, and this is a good place to spend the night after bar hopping. You can walk in, the rates are affordable, and the rooms are clean and spacious.

I stayed at the Real Road location, which I couldn't find on Google Maps, so I'm leaving my review here. It cost 650 a night for five nights. The Wi-Fi was strong, and there were smart TVs. It's close to everything downtown, and I'd recommend staying here. My first room had bad AC, but after I raised it with someone, they moved me promptly. I was caught off guard by the shower and bathroom not being separated, but that's a cultural difference from the US, so I can't hold it against the hotel.

For a solo traveler, the price feels fair, and getting a tricycle cab to different places is easy. The facilities are nice, and the place is clean, quiet, and comfortable. The toilet is quite small, though, and the food is a little expensive.
