Hotel Dulcee

Try the Restaurant on the first floor! It's one of our go-to places when I come home to Naga. The staff are extremely professional, and the rooms are always so clean. I've eaten at their restaurant dozens of times, and the food is always really good. Keep up the great work. See you soon!

The staff were fantastic, from the check-in counter throughout the hotel, but our first three days in the room I'd booked online weren't good. The photos were deceiving, even though the room looked great and the price was reasonable. My husband and I were disappointed and felt this wasn't a hotel. We left for another place after three days, but the following week we booked again because the location was convenient for us. The front desk recommended upgrading to a king suite, which was much better. We happened to meet the General Manager, Sir Bernard, and became friends. We stayed in the upgraded room for four days and would rate it 3.5. The plumbing, water pressure, and hot water regulator were issues. The GM knew about problems throughout the hotel and promised it would be a lot better when we came back. I'm not writing this to put Hotel Dulcee down, but to help make sure things improve. Maybe one day it'll be a 4 to 5 star hotel.

James Darick made our daughter’s birthday dinner especially pleasant. He was cheerful and attentive, and the warm welcome from Bernard and the team stood out. We’ve been coming to Hotel Dulcee’s restaurant for family celebrations over the past year, and the food and friendly service have been consistently good. It’s our usual spot for birthdays and casual get-togethers, and we’ll keep returning.

The sea view and inviting backyard garden made it easy to unwind here. Staff were accommodating, and the owner was approachable and generous with a few freebies. I also liked the hotel’s interiors: thoughtful colors and a modern but cozy feel across the lobby, restaurant, and room. It’s right along the highway, with plenty of parking behind the building and in the basement, which makes getting in and out convenient. A very comfortable and attractive place to stay.
