The staff kept the area spotless, and we found our room clean and comfortable. Everyone was courteous and attentive, including the café staff who served breakfast. We enjoyed the stay, and I appreciated being allowed to check in a little early for my son's birthday. There was free-flowing coffee and infused water in the lobby. We'll stay here again next time!

The staff deserve five stars for being dedicated and passionate about service, and the front desk promptly checked three rooms when I asked to move. The ground-floor rooms, though, were a very poor experience. I stayed at five hotels in the Philippines, and judging just by the rooms, this was the worst. If you can't get a room on the second floor or higher, I strongly advise against staying here. My first room was tiny and had no outside window. With the door closed, cooling depended entirely on the split-type AC, and there was no fresh-air circulation. The other rooms the front desk checked were also on the ground floor. Some had windows, but they faced the inside hallway and shouldn't be opened. Since upper floors were fully booked, I paid an extra 2,000 PHP for a slightly larger ground-floor room. The window issue wasn't the only problem: the off-brand AC rattled constantly, and I had to leave it on because there were no windows. The mini-fridge made a loud, violent thump whenever its compressor started or stopped, like someone pounding on the door every few dozen minutes. I unplugged it so I could sleep. After two nights, the complete lack of fresh air gave me a severe headache. I regret choosing this place with better options nearby. I relied too much on the high Google ratings, and perhaps those guests had rooms on higher floors. I'm also surprised no one else mentioned the appliance noise. The wonderful staff do their best, but I can't recommend the ground-floor accommodation.

When I come to Subic to race, Court Meridian feels like home. The staff provide impeccable service, the rooms keep getting upgraded, and the prices are very affordable. I'm always happy staying there.

We stayed one night at court meridian last dec. 24. The room was clean, and the location worked well, close to several eateries and the boardwalk. Staff were accommodating, and most greeted us as we passed. Their customer service was excellent.
