The location was handy, close to the funicular and the city center, and the property itself was nice and well kept. The stay was frustrating, though. There was no usable internet from the first day. Neither of the two TVs could be used without it, and we needed a connection for work. We contacted the staff repeatedly and got no reply. At the end, they gave us a password for another WiFi network that also didn’t work, then asked us to leave a good review. That felt hypocritical. At 300 euro a night, I expected basic internet and at least a response to our messages. We also weren’t told clearly on the website that breakfast would be pre-packed each day with no choice. Most of what was provided was either something we couldn’t eat or didn’t like, so it felt like a waste of money and food. The host should make it clearer what breakfast includes. There was nowhere to store clothes or luggage, with no shelves or wardrobe. Our bags took up half the room, and our clothes ended up spread around the place.

Our apartment was on the fourth floor, and there was no elevator. We got no cleaning service during our four days, and the coffee corner and toilet paper weren’t replenished. A lot of information wasn’t clear before booking; even afterward, details only came once I asked about several things. They also refused to move us to another apartment.

We liked the location, about 10 minutes from the town center, seaworld, and the terminal to Gubałowka. The apartment itself was nice, and when we arrived the manager showed us the apartment, spa, and other facilities. She was polite, but we were cold the whole time. I called her six times in one day before she brought an electric heater. We had a baby, and the apartment wasn’t cheap. The service was terrible, and the receptionist was unfriendly. There were two Jakuzzi, but one wasn’t working and nobody told us. We’ll return to Zakopane, just not to this apartment.

The kitchen was very well equipped, so cooking was no problem, and parking in the garage was included, which was a big plus. There was no cleaning during our six-day stay, and the pillows were really hard. The spa was okay, but unfortunately the sauna was broken for almost my whole stay.
