The owner or manager communicated really well and provided clear instructions and all the links we needed for easy check-in and check-out. Easy to talk to, and the service was outstanding. The hotel feels just like home, with comfortable accommodations and great value in the heart of the city. It's within walking distance of Pink Street and close to lots of restaurants and bars. I definitely plan to come back!

We should’ve booked somewhere else. The location was great, and the price was okay, but our room felt dirty, especially the bathroom. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Getting there and unloading was difficult, and the place had accessibility issues. Communication, though, was good. The parking lot across the street was handy, but even though we’d requested it when booking, we still had to pay extra. We also had to carry our valuables whenever we went out because the comfortable room had no safe. A dirty towel was replaced after we messaged them. There was no Lisbon information or map, and this isn’t really a hotel: there’s no reception. We waited for the receptionist, who was busy checking people in at another hotel. The location was excellent, but walking on Lisbon’s stone streets was hard for us as retirees.

Cais Urban Lodge felt like the best value in Lisbon. The rooms were nearly twice the size of what you’d expect at a regular hotel. It’s not a typical hotel, with no breakfast or reception, but there are plenty of places to eat breakfast, lunch, or dinner just a few minutes’ walk away. Communication with them was spot on.
