Lapa 82 Boutique Bed & Breakfast

We spent the weekend here as a couple and were satisfied with the stay. The room and its little view were amazing, and the bathroom was lovely, with pretty much all the toiletries. It had a big double bed, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and cable TV. There’s a central kitchen for guests, which we didn’t use, but it looked nice. Security seemed well covered, with several codes to enter and actual keys for anyone arriving late at night.

The staff were extremely friendly, and the room was clean and very nice. We had a comfortable, memorable stay, and the location made it easy to get to the city center. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next visit to Lisbon.

We loved the hotel and the staff were so kind. We stayed two nights, and the room was big with a comfortable bed. There’s good public transport to the centre, or you can walk, which takes around 30 minutes.

We regretted staying here. The room was nice and clean, and there were restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and other places within walking distance. The staff were friendly and responsive. But there were too many letdowns. We asked about breakfast and were told it wasn’t operating, which felt misleading given the name Lapa 82 Boutique Bed & Breakfast and the impression that breakfast was part of the service. One afternoon, someone came into our room without warning while we were in bed. It was alarming and unprofessional. It wasn’t housekeeping, since the room information said to request cleaning, and we hadn’t. There was no “do not disturb” sign we could put on the door either. Then, on our last night, we returned to find the power out. It stayed off until the next morning, when someone arrived early to fix it, but we had no hot water to shower before checkout. We understand that some things happen outside their control. If it had been just one inconvenience, we could have let it go, but all of this left us disappointed.
