Lost Inn Lisbon Hostel

I had a wonderful stay in a private room. The building, including the bathrooms, was very clean and well kept, and the staff were friendly and easy to approach. On my last day in Portugal I accidentally left something behind. Ricardo was so helpful and managed to ship it to me in another country. I really appreciate it, and it says a lot about their customer service.

I met some amazing people here, and the bar prices were very reasonable. The facilities were among the best I've had in a hostel. When I arrived, I'd lost my card and couldn't get cash, but the staff found a guest who was willing to lend me some temporarily. Thanks, everyone!

I only stayed one night in February after a late flight. The front desk was very helpful, and the bed was comfortable, with curtains. The room felt too cold for me. The big windows were lovely, but didn't keep the cold out, and the rain sounded like someone showering all night in the same room. Maybe it's a great spot in summer. The shared bathroom and shower were spacious, clean, and had a nice temperature.

Watch out for bed bugs! Earlier today we found a large one crawling up the wall next to my bed. Reception understood and said they could move us to another room or refund us if we emailed their manager. I haven't received a refund yet, and we switched hostels straight away.
