Wilde Lisbon Liberdade

The staff went way beyond what I expected. I started a dryer cycle and only then noticed it would take 2.5 hours, even though our tour began in an hour. I asked if they could collect the laundry and leave it in a bag in our room. When we returned, it was clean and folded. Their limited free washing and drying offer even included detergent. The staff are amazing. Our room was clean, well equipped, thoughtfully designed, and had its own balcony. The bar staff were friendly, knew their drinks, and made great cocktails. We had breakfast at the hotel one morning. It was fresh, though it took some effort to get someone to seat us, and we got there around 9am. We also appreciated the sturdy hotel umbrellas during a state of emergency with relentless rain. The one difficult part was the uphill walk from the train station. The white tiled pavements were slippery in the rain, and hauling a suitcase up them was an ordeal. That's how every pavement is made there, so there's not much to be done.

The hotel feels new, clean, and well cared for, with small thoughtful details in the room that made it feel more welcoming than a typical city stay. It strikes a nice balance between looks and practicality. The Wilde Hotel is in a convenient spot for seeing Lisbon on foot, but still quiet enough to get good rest. The staff were friendly and attentive, and helped without getting in our way. It offers good value for comfort and service.

We found a gorgeous restaurant after enjoying the lovely first-floor lobby and its cozy bar, where the cocktails were great. We also had breakfast there the next morning. Both the food and drinks were tasty, and the prices were quite reasonable. Wilde Lisbon was a really nice surprise. The brand-new hotel opened December 2025, and the design and decor are excellent. Our room was lovely, with a huge balcony. Everyone we spoke with was kind and friendly, and the staff provided perfect customer service. Great job to the new hotel and its team. Keep up this experience.

The whole place was such a pleasure to stay in, from the colors and creative details to the materials and high-quality finish. It's nearly built to a very high standard. The electric blinds made the room properly dark for sleeping, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was so well equipped I could have cooked a meal, though I only made tea. The balcony was lovely for watching the sun rise. I had a couple of breakfasts at the beautiful front bar and the restaurant at the back. Both were enjoyable, with great service and lovely coffee. Stephanie, it's somewhere I'd happily work from while travelling. I was there with family for a few days of sightseeing and quality time, and we loved every minute. Thank you!
