I almost never write reviews, but I’m so shocked by this place that I’m writing while we’re still here. There’s no elevator, so you have to haul your bags up the stairs. The sheets were dirty, but we’re exhausted and haven’t even changed rooms. The shower kept flipping from scalding hot to cold, and my husband said the other showerhead wouldn’t stay up and sprayed water across the floor. The air-conditioning wasn’t on when we arrived, though the room did cool down somewhat quickly. It’s a shared bathroom, so this feels more like a hostel than a “3 star hotel,” and I don’t see how it qualifies for that rating. We got in at night for a short layover and the area seemed a bit sketchy, with graffiti all around the buildings. The man at reception seemed friendly, but I’m still stunned this is listed as a three-star hotel. I have no words.

Good value for Lisbon, with clean rooms and daily cleaning. Be aware of the neighborhood, and always approach the hotel from Intendente station. Be very careful around here. Street noise after 9 pm is awful, so bring earplugs. I’d rate it 6.5/10.

A clean place with helpful, friendly staff, conveniently located for a longer layover and reasonably priced. A perfect option for that kind of stay.

We had a very good room and the staff were really kind. We arrived early and they let us stay a little before check-in. The location is handy too, with several tourist spots within walking distance and a train station nearby. The neighborhood is quite multicultural, though it may not feel very safe at night. The entrance to the building looks a bit strange at first, but once you’re inside, everything is great.
