Breakfast was good, and there was free coffee and tea. The room was clean, with soap and shampoo in the bathroom. The chair and bed were comfortable too. It takes a while for hot water to reach the shower, but it does come if you wait. The hotel is close to the train station, and I'd stay here again.

The breakfast was fairly good for a hotel this small, and there were vegetarian options. We arrived around 9:30 p.m., after reception had closed at 9, but the notice on the door gave a number to call. The instructions were clear and in good English, so getting the key and into my room was easy. The bathroom was good too. It's a small hotel, but very clean and tidy.

The staff were friendly, and the beds were quite comfortable, but we wouldn't return. The bathroom was tiny, with the toilet almost in the shower and only a curtain between them. Our room was okay in size, though a bit old-fashioned and not perfectly clean. The surrounding noise was manageable with the windows shut, and the hotel is just a few steps from the city center. There's no private parking, and a ticket costs about 150-180 kr per day. Breakfast was quite okay, served in a fairly dark basement room, with average quality. There was nowhere in the hotel to buy drinks or snacks. The price was reasonable, but this isn't somewhere we'd want to stay for long.

Worst hotel experience I've ever had. I arrived on a cold evening and couldn't check in after 8 p.m. The hotel hadn't sent any notice or warning that check-in was only available from 3 to 8 p.m. I called the number and waited 30 minutes without getting an answer. I never received any message or information, and I didn't get a refund either.
