The room was huge, clean, and stocked with new items that all worked properly. The staff were welcoming, quick to help, and reception is open 24/7. There's a baggage room just behind it, and all areas were easy to access. A clean laundry room is available if you reserve a slot, and there's a small but handy gym. A pharmacy, Espresso House, and ICA are just downstairs, with a tram and bus stop in front of the building. I stayed three nights and had a great experience.

The room was clean and the location convenient, but WiFi was a major problem. For the first four days of my week-long stay I couldn't get usable internet. I complained to Motel L staff several times without success. Only after I sent a formal complaint email did they provide WiFi. The kitchenette wasn't really set up for cooking; I only used it for pour-over coffee. There was no cleaning service for my one-week stay, and they didn't provide cleaning supplies such as dish detergent. Guests were also required to take out their own garbage.

The tram stop is right outside, with a supermarket and pub next door and plenty of food choices nearby. The apartment felt secure and well maintained. Our spacious room had a double bed and bunk beds, plus a small kitchenette with the equipment and items we needed.

I stayed for 30 days. The room was nice and clean, but the kitchen area felt a bit dated. The laundry room was not clean at all, so I wouldn't recommend using it.
