The staff were friendly, helpful and professional, and we had no problems during our stay. I also appreciated the free water refill station in the lobby. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and our room was tidy and hygienic, though quite small. With two suitcases open, it was hard to move around comfortably. It’s manageable for a short stay, but might feel cramped if you’re there longer. We had chosen a room with a window, but it wouldn’t open. The air felt dry at night and we woke several times because of it, which was a little uncomfortable. Daily housekeeping costs extra and isn’t included, though that wasn’t a major issue for us. The location is very convenient, about a 5-6 minute walk from Central Station, and most main attractions in the city center are easy to reach on foot. For the location, cleanliness and service, it was good value and met our expectations.

My friend and I stayed for a weekend and loved it. The location was perfect, the hotel was very clean, and the rooms suited us well. Staff were really friendly. Sam was especially kind and accommodating, always going out of her way to help and making us feel comfortable and well looked after. Nothing seemed too much trouble for her. She made the stay extra special and is definitely an asset to the hotel. I’d recommend the place and would stay again.

We got a lovely view from the sixth-floor window, and the room was cosy and clean. The staff were very warm and helpful, and we were allowed to check in a few hours early after arriving. It was a great hotel for the price. My only gripe: they didn’t provide toothpaste, which I’m used to hotels having. There’s a store not too far away, though.

Great location, just a short walk from the central station and close to plenty of cool restaurants and bars. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The rooms are nice, but compact and short on storage. It would be good to have at least a kettle in the room.
