The self check-in was straightforward, and it gave me my own room key. There's comfortable seating in the main barception area, plus a small snack bar. I can only speak for my single room, but it suited my needs well. The bed was comfy and there was plenty of space, with a side table and reading light. There's a TV with a few channels, storage under the bed, and a very spacious shower. The other facilities did what they needed to.
8/10
The hotel gives good value for the price, and the clean, spacious room was comfortable. Staff were friendly, and check-in was quick and easy. It's about 10 minutes from Stockholm Central Station, and Bus No. 1 stops right outside, making it convenient to get around. Since it's near the railway, though, you may hear trains passing, especially at certain times.
8/10
The free book shelf in the shared area had a nice range of English books, which was a welcome extra. My room was small, though the bed was good, and it was quiet around the hotel. It's right by the central station and good value. Breakfast wasn't included, but you could buy sandwiches. I used the fully automated check-in, so I didn't meet any staff. Also, no plastic shower or odd clothes hangers.
10/10
The rooms are compact, but clean, modern, and laid out well, with no unnecessary clutter. Staff were consistently friendly and happy to answer questions or suggest places to eat and visit. The hotel is right beside the central station, so getting to Arlanda Airport on the Arlanda Express was easy. Shops, restaurants, landmarks, bars, and clubs are all within walking distance, and you can stroll along the waterfront too. I had a very good stay at Comfort Hotel Xpress Stockholm Central. It offers good value if you want a central base for work or a holiday. The small rooms may not suit everyone, but I'd recommend it for exploring Stockholm.
10/10
The rooms are basic, but they worked well as a comfortable place to sleep. Breakfast costs extra and is simple, though perfectly adequate. The hotel has a youthful feel and automated check-in, while the front desk staff are friendly and welcoming. Being beside the Arlanda Express makes the trip to the airport straightforward. Good value for money overall.
