Freys Hotel is in a great spot, right in the center and convenient for exploring the city. I had a great stay, and the service was especially impressive. After checking out, I realized I’d left my electric toothbrush in its travel case. The staff quickly and kindly arranged to send it to me in another country. I was really impressed by how professional and helpful they were. I’d definitely stay again and recommend it.

We had a lovely stay at this warm, clean hotel, and the location couldn’t be better. Our room had a balcony, which we enjoyed on a very snowy evening. The Belgian bar / restaurant attached is well run, with friendly staff. We didn’t eat there, but tried a few beers. Everyone we spoke to, at check-in and check-out and when we dropped off our room key before heading out for the day, was friendly and professional. Thanks for a lovely stay.

FREYS Hotel felt cozy and welcoming, not crowded, with just over 100 rooms. We absolutely loved our stay in Stockholm. The location is very central, the staff were wonderful, and breakfast was fantastic. Great value all around.

Breakfast at the attached restaurant was a real treat, with fresh, plentiful options from hot dishes and cold meats to pastries and baked goods. We kept going back for more. Our room for three was spacious and comfortable, with beds we slept well in, a strong shower, and all the useful little extras. The double glazing kept the street noise completely out. Reception were warm and helpful throughout, and the location made exploring Stockholm easy. We had a superb stay at Freys Hotel.

We got to Freys early, and they let us into our room since it was already cleaned. It was a good size, tidy, comfortable, and had a lovely city view. The hotel is cute, the reception team were great, and the central location made getting around town easy. We loved it and would definitely recommend it.
