Hotel Boss

The room was smaller than we’d have liked for our family of four, but we had a very good stay. Service, cleanliness, and staff response were excellent. The location is convenient for getting a taxi, MRT, or coach, and there are lots of places to eat around the hotel. James at the front desk helped us get a late checkout during our 5-night stay. The rooms were comfortable, and I’d highly recommend the place for travel with family or friends, or for business.

Getting around was easy, with the MRT and food options close by. We stayed for three days, and the hotel was well kept, with comfortable rooms for a short visit. They also made our early check-in possible, and the service went smoothly. My wife and I had a nice stay in Singapore.

The lobby looked lovely, and with Chinese New Year coming up, we really enjoyed the decorations. The location worked well for us: Indian vegetarian restaurants were an easy walk, and the bus stop and train station were nearby, even though we didn't use public transport much. There are also restaurants in the building, including Indian options. We had clean beds and a clean bathroom, and staff were friendly, including the maintenance team. Reception kindly arranged an early check-in for our group, which included many seniors. When we reported problems with the door lock and TV, they were fixed within 30 minutes. Quick help when we needed it, and a convenient place to stay.

I was especially glad they could give me a room facing the Singapore Flyer. The view was incredible, and the staff were courteous about my request. The room was clean and a good size, and room service was top-notch. They also had a great menu with delicious Indian food. Hotel Boss is convenient for getting around, with public transport links, Little India, and Mustafa Centre nearby. I liked the impressive lobby and organized car park too. A comfortable, budget-friendly choice in Singapore.
