The stay itself was acceptable, but the front desk service left me very dissatisfied. The male staff member I dealt with was rude, unhelpful, and far below the basic customer service I expect from a hotel. His unprofessional attitude affected my impression of the place. I hope management takes the complaint seriously and acts appropriately, including disciplinary action if needed.

My flight was moved from 8:30pm to 10:30pm, so I asked reception whether I could keep the room for a few more hours. The receptionist said everything was fully booked, but offered to store our luggage so we could go out without carrying it around. She also gave us an extra hour past the standard 12pm checkout at no charge. Those thoughtful gestures made a real difference. I don’t get why this place is rated just 3.8. The staff are some of the politest and most helpful I’ve met at a hotel. They deserve more credit, and I’d definitely stay here again.

The room was comfortable and very clean, and it was easy to find Muslim food nearby. Mr Eng Lee was a big help with arranging our late checkout.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It’s not close to the MRT, so you have to take a bus to reach it. The room was tiny and smelled bad, and the price felt too high for what you get.

The area is busy, but I had a quiet stay and slept well. Getting around by public transport was easy and convenient. Check-in was quick, and you use your phone to enter the room. It seems a good fit for solo travelers or couples. Thanks to the reception and lobby team, I’d recommend the place in future.
