The banquet meal was excellent, and our guests had lots of compliments for its quality and presentation. The bridal suite was spacious and beautifully appointed, a comfortable, luxurious place to get ready and unwind. Leanne and her team guided us through the planning, answered all our questions and coordinated everything with real experience. On the wedding day, things ran smoothly with only minimal hiccups, so we could enjoy the celebration without worrying about the arrangements. We were blown away by the professionalism and guidance we received at Pan Pacific Singapore. We’re grateful to Leanne and her team for making the day so memorable, and would recommend the hotel to couples looking for an elegant venue with excellent service.

Ms Catherine Robn was at the check-in counter when our family of four arrived for our stay on 16.2.2026, with two Club Rooms at Pan Pacific Hotel. She was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and professional, and her cheerful attitude really impressed us. We enjoyed the stay and will definitely return. This was service with a big, genuine smile, and she should be a role model for the rest of the staff. Impeccable, awesome service, highly recommended. The banquet meal was provided by Hai Tien Lo, and wow, our guests and family said it was the best banquet food they’d ever had. It tasted even better on the wedding day than at the tasting. The huge, cozy bridal suite was a lovely place to relax afterward, and the included bridal packages meant we didn’t have to leave the room to get food. It was easy to unwind. From the moment I walked through the main entrance, the hotel had everything under control. The staff knew the full rundown I’d sent and even guided me on what was coming next. Pan Pacific Singapore managed and organized the banquet so well that I could enjoy the day without worry. I highly recommend it as a wedding venue. Breakfast at the edge was superb each morning, and all the staff were welcoming and friendly. Our room was spacious, the beds were divine, and it was serviced daily. The whole stay was fabulous and I can’t fault it. We were there for our 30th wedding anniversary and stayed four nights. We arrived early on Friday and were told we could check in. The man at check-in offered an upgrade for extra money per night, which we declined since we were sightseeing and didn’t plan to spend time in the room. After that, we were told the room wasn’t ready and to come back at 3pm. A bit weird, but the rest of the stay was great.
