Superb Hostel

I booked a private room, but the bed was a makeshift plywood frame with two single mattresses. The pillows were covered in that fake leather material, and it wasn’t comfortable. I had trouble sleeping both nights. The location is superb, which is why I’m giving it a 3.

The location is convenient, but the room is tiny and has little besides a bed and lighting. You have to pay for everything: towels are rented, drinking water costs extra, and leaving luggage at the counter after checkout is $3.

This place needs a lot of care. My private room was dusty and had only a bed, with no bedside table or trash can. There was just a thin blanket and a fake leather pillow, and the bathroom smelled strongly of urine. WiFi kept cutting out. Check-in and checkout were easy, the A/C worked, and the location was great, so those things earned it two stars. I’m not very picky, but I didn’t like this hostel and should’ve chosen a capsule hostel elsewhere.

Check-in and checkout were a breeze, and the hosts were really friendly. My room and the building were clean, and the Wi-Fi router right outside my room meant I had no connection problems. The shared bathrooms need cleaning at least twice a day, especially on the second floor since everyone uses them. You get a room and bed, but everything else costs extra, towels included.
