The room was windowless, which was disappointing. I wish I'd checked the booking details more carefully before reserving it. Other than that, this place was incredible for the price and in a perfect location. Everything was so clean, from the spotless bathroom to the fresh-smelling bedsheets, and the room felt new and well maintained. The TV was great too, Netflix and YouTube both worked perfectly. I'd definitely come back, but next time I'd pick a room with a windowwwwww.

AB House made for a wonderful stay. Everything in the room was new, it was spotless, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. The location puts you right in the heart of Bangkok, with everything easy to get to. We'd definitely stay again if we return to BKK. Highly recommended!

I booked a king studio. The room was clean and good value, and the washer was free to use. Housekeeping only comes if you request it, though. Service was lacking, and the front office staff weren't friendly or helpful.

The location was perfect, close to everything while still quiet, and the room was comfortable. Staff were friendly and made the place feel welcoming. Clean and cozy, a great spot to relax. I'd definitely stay here again!

We spent 9 days here. The room was cozy and very clean, and the location is close to central mall, platinum mall, pratunam market and plenty of other places. It's a nice spot to relax near so many locations. One thing to know if you take cabs: the road to the rental is private, and each taxi has to pay a 40 Bhat ticket on the way out. To avoid paying that just for a cab to come and go, go outside and order one yourself. Room service wasn't great. Every couple of days we had to remind them to leave water bottles and coffee sachets. They didn't ask or do it until we told them.
