The location is excellent, and everyone on staff was kind and friendly. Fab and Pas at the front desk were especially helpful. Oum at the lobby coffee station was a joy, a terrific barista and a real artist with the frothed milk on cappuccinos. She greets you each day with a warm smile and sends you off with coffee and wishes for a wonderful day. And then it is!

This was our third time at Adelphi Suites, and booking by email has gone smoothly each time. We booked a spacious, clean and comfortable one-bedroom room with an extra bed for three adults. The hotel is very convenient, just a stone’s throw from Nana BTS. I especially want to commend the housekeeping staff, Sa NongLule, who looked after us patiently and with a smile. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a stay in BKK.

Nui, our housekeeper, always greeted us with a smile and promptly made up the room when we asked after a short time out. She did a great job, leaving it feeling fresh and comfortable. The hotel staff were warm and friendly overall. Our room was spacious, very clean and comfortable, with a lovely nighttime city view from the window. BTS Nana station, restaurants, a shopping mall and nightlife are all a short walk away. We had a nice stay at Adelphi Suites.

The location made getting around easy, with the BTS and lots of restaurants and shops just a short walk away. Our room was spacious and comfortable too, which made the stay better. A great choice for a short Bangkok trip. I’d definitely stay again.

Nui from housekeeping was respectful, kind and professional, and I want to thank her for the excellent service. My room was kept clean, well organized and comfortable, with thorough, timely cleaning and everything arranged just right. It was quiet too, which made the stay peaceful and relaxing. I really enjoyed my time at Adelphi Suites Hotel and would recommend it.
