There are several large markets and shopping malls within walking distance, so the location worked really well for shopping. The room was in good shape for the price, and the staff were very friendly. For the cost and location, it was a great hotel. If shopping is your main reason for being in Bangkok, I can recommend it.

A comfy, cozy place to stay with a great location. We could get to several malls and Pratunam Market without much effort, and all the staff were helpful. They also have a packing area. Staff speak English, Thai, Khmer, and Myanmar. Booking comes with no reservation costs, secure booking, instant confirmation, 24/7 customer service, and good rates. By D

The room felt run down, and there was renovation work next door. Staff were really friendly and helpful, though, and the hotel is close to the markets if shopping is what you’re there for.

The staff were kind, helpful, and quick to respond to what we needed, and the receptionist could speak English. The hotel is comfortable and in a strategic spot near Pratu Nam market, Platinum, and December. I had a good experience and would recommend it to my relatives. I hope I can stay here again and see the staff in the future. Thank you, see you next time.

Lots of interesting places nearby, and getting around was easy. The room was quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were kind. Booking a room got a quick response. I was happy staying at The Konnect Hotel.
