That unit on floor 39 can't be lived in. The elevator machine room is right next door, so you hear the elevator day and night.

It's a quiet neighborhood, a good spot for a restful night's sleep. For future tenants, use 'Topview Tower' as the delivery address instead of 'Soi 59 Sukhumvit'.
