I lived here for six months and found it solidly built and well looked after. The concrete walls and heavy doors meant I never heard the neighbors or other noise. It’s easy to walk to the things you need, and it’s in a great part of the city.

The building is new and clean, and there’s a small fitness room inside. But the walls between rooms are thin enough that this place can be quite noisy, with some Thai tenants making a lot of noise. The manager doesn't seem interested in dealing with noise complaints. There isn't even a 7-11 nearby, so getting something to buy is inconvenient unless you have a motorcycle or car. If you're considering a long-term stay, I strongly suggest trying it out first before committing.

The service was really bad. I don't know why the owner hired a grumpy old man as the receptionist. The way he speaks to customers is unprofessional and reflects badly on the hotel. I hope that by the next time I come back, the owner has replaced him with younger staff who have a better service attitude.

Very clean, and the mattress was soft.

We felt safe and comfortable here. The staff were helpful and friendly, and it was good value.
